	Musson Builders Process
	Musson Builders believe that communication is a key to positive customer satisfaction. This starts the moment we meet with our client to learn about their lifestyles and vision and build their trust in us. We translate this information into creative design concepts and then, with assistance from our clients, tailor these concepts for the final design. It is during this design stage that we will also assist in providing resources (i.e. kitchen and plumbing displays) for the client to look at as needed to assist them in making a final design decision. Once a design is finalized. the project coordinator and/or lead carpenter will walk our customers through the building process from site development through finish trim and completion. It is the responsibility of the project coordinator to ensure the client is kept informed of the project status at least on a weekly basis and be available to the client at any time during the build. Once the project is completed, our job is not done as Musson Builders stand behind their work and will meet with their client every 3 months for a year, or as the need arises, to address and concerns or issues the client may have. We want you to be totally satisfied with the results as referrals are a mainstay of our business.

Jack Musson, General Contractor/Custom Home Builder - Remodeler

Jack's passion for building began early as he assisted his Dad and brothers in various construction projects in Toledo, Ohio. His passion and interest in building grew as he branched out and worked on various restoration projects of vintage homes in Toledo. It was during this time that Jack grew to appreciate the craftsmanship of the early tradesmen. He parlayed this experience, his passion for designing and building and his belief in taking the time to pay attention to detail as he began building custom homes and remodeling kitchen and baths over 10 years ago in Branch County, Michigan and Steuben County, Indiana. He has now become one of the premier builders in the area.

Jack is registered in Indiana and licensed in Michigan. He and his staff periodically attend the international Builder show to stay abreast of new products, processes and technology in the building industry. Also, on an annual basis, classes are also taken to keep current on building processes, policies and regulation.

Jack is on the Board of Directors for BANI (Builders Association of Northest Indiana). He is very involved in his community and schools and is Director of the Youth Football program. He and his family reside in Fremont, IN
